The After Hours Building is located in the heart of Phoenix at 116 West McDowell Road, one block west of the Phoenix Art Museum and Light Rail station at Central and McDowell Road.
The multi-level, aluminum-clad, contemporary masonry building by [merz] project architects was completed to commercial standards in 2008 and features a residential penthouse and deck, a mezzanine with library and guest quarters, and a gallery with street and public interface as well as completely secure access to the facility from the private, 12-space parking lot.
The lobby is shared with the owner’s offices and features two fully accessible restrooms, service area, elevator access to the mezzanine and penthouse, plus securable access to the gallery salon. There is wireless throughout the property as well as custom audio that can be controlled to serve any or all of the multiple zones within the building. |
